General Terms & Conditions

1. Pricing

All prices quoted are Ex-Factory, Indore (M.P.)
Prices are exclusive of GST, transportation, insurance, and any other incidental expenses.
Any costs incurred after delivery at the factory gate shall be borne entirely by the buyer.

 

2. Taxes

Goods and Services Tax (GST) shall be charged extra as applicable at the time of delivery, as per prevailing government regulations.

 

3. Delivery

The delivery period shall depend on the type of machine or spare being ordered.
The indicative delivery timeline shall be communicated at the time of order confirmation and shall commence from the date of receipt of:

  • Confirmed purchase order
  • Complete technical and commercial details
  • Agreed advance payment

All delivery timelines are subject to the Force Majeure clause, including circumstances beyond the seller’s reasonable control.

 

4. Payment Terms

  • 60% of the quotation value is payable as advance at the time of order confirmation.
  • The balance amount shall be paid against Proforma Invoice prior to dispatch/delivery of goods.
  • All payments must be made through NEFT/RTGS in favour of the firm.

5. Quotation Validity

The quotation is valid for a period of 7 (seven) days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.

 

6. Warranty

  • Warranty period is 12 months from the date of supply against manufacturing defects for machines and/or spares supplied.
  • Warranty for bought-out items shall be governed strictly by the respective manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.
  • Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

7. Erection & Commissioning

  • Erection and commissioning services are free of charge for up to 4 (four) days.
  • Beyond this period, charges shall be applicable at ₹2,500 per day.
  • Lodging, boarding, and local conveyance expenses of service engineer(s)/supervisor(s) shall be borne by the buyer from the first day of arrival at the site.
  • Transportation, cables, unloading, and related expenses shall also be borne by the buyer.

8. Cancellation

Once the order is placed and accepted, any cancellation (partial or full) shall be subject to the seller’s approval.
The seller reserves the right to forfeit the advance payment, either partially or fully, in case of cancellation.

 

9. Legal Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of this quotation, order, or supply shall be subject to Indore Jurisdiction only.
